This policy applies only to the paid subscription service "Line Shang You Wei" (Taiwan stock deep analysis). All calculators, candlestick guides, and lottery information on SoftGlow are completely free and involve no payment, so no refund applies to them.
1. General principles
We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you have any issues, please contact us via our Contact page first — many issues can be resolved without a refund.
2. Eligible for refund
- Duplicate charges due to a system error
- Charged but subscription features never became accessible due to a technical fault, and the issue could not be resolved after being reported
- Request submitted within 7 days of the charge, with the subscription substantially unused
3. Not eligible for refund
- Change of mind after already using the subscription's analysis features
- Dissatisfaction with analysis results or investment outcomes (this service does not guarantee investment returns — see our Disclaimer)
- Refund requested after the 7-day window (except for verified technical faults)
- Account suspended for violating our Terms of Service
4. Refund process
- Submit a request via our Contact page, stating your account email and the reason for the refund
- We will review your request within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method via ECPay, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your bank/card issuer
- Once a refund is processed, your subscription access will be terminated immediately

SoftGlow is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Indonesian. We strive for consistency across all language versions; in case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
