1. Service description

SoftGlow provides:

• 300+ free online calculators (investing, loans, insurance, retirement, medical costs, business, etc.)
• Candlestick pattern encyclopedia and investing guides
• Global lottery results and smart number-picking tools
• Taiwan stock technical analysis tools, including support/resistance, candlestick recognition, and daily deep stock picks (including the subscription product "Line Shang You Wei")
• Member accounts, forums, and chat features

2. Usage restrictions

• Our services are for personal reference only, not for commercial use
• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or bulk-scrape our content (tool source code, articles, analysis results)
• You may not attempt to hack, attack, abnormally scrape, or interfere with our systems
• Accounts may not be shared or transferred
• Forum and chat posts must not contain illegal, harassing, spam, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content; we reserve the right to remove violations and suspend accounts

3. Account management

• Only one account per email address
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password; those who sign in via Google should secure their Google account
• If your account is compromised, contact us immediately via our Contact page

4. Service changes and termination

• We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue free tools and lottery information at any time without prior notice
• Material changes to the "Line Shang You Wei" subscription (pricing, features) will be communicated by email to paying members in advance
• For handling of remaining subscription periods upon termination, see our Refund Policy

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and original articles on this site are owned by SoftGlow or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without authorization. Lottery draw numbers and similar public information are not themselves copyrightable, but our compilation, statistics, and presentation are protected.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; please check periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
